By purchasing any of Andrea Marti Ceramics pieces, you are acknowledging the following:

STORE POLICY

  • Every one of my pieces is unique, even though I might repeat a pattern or a color palette. They still have variations in size, glaze application, final color shade, and height.

  • My pieces are handmade using a variety of techniques; therefore, they will show the marks of the process, which adds to the charm and singularity of every piece.

  • Every piece has been priced individually, described, and photographed in detail to show colors and textures as accurately as possible. Keep in mind that colors and textures are difficult to depict in pictures and they may vary on your screen.

RETURN POLICY

 

  • I am very proud of all my pieces; they are all unique and full of personality and charisma. If you are not happy with your piece, contact me within 24 hours after receiving it, and I'll do my best to remedy the situation upon consideration. In the case I accept the return, the delivery cost won't be refunded, and the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost back to me. The full amount of the piece will be refunded only after the piece is back in perfect condition in my studio. If you have questions or concerns, please contact me before purchasing.

  • In the rare ocasion your piece is damaged or broken upon delivery, please contact me within 24 hours after receiving the package via email (andreamarticeramics@gmail.com), attaching images of the damage (package and piece). I will do my best to rectify the situation. 

SHIPPING POLICY 

  • Packages are prepared and ready to be sent in max 7–10 business days after an order is placed. I ship orders via USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days) or USPS Ground Advantage (2-5 business days). Contact me if you would like a faster delivery using USPS Priority Mail Express (next-day or 2-day). You will receive an email with the tracking number. Please keep in mind that the delivery speed is out of my control once the package is sent. 

  • Prices are calculated to the best of my ability using the Wix Store (my website provider's) shipping calculator.

  • Due to the excess cost of international shipping and customs taxes, I am currently only shipping within the United States (with the exception of Alaska and Hawaii). Please contact me if you live outside of the United States and are interested in acquiring my work. I will send you a quote with the shipping cost prior to purchase. 

  • Ceramic objects are fragile and can be quite heavy. They require custom packing materials and special care to package safely, which adds to the sipping cost. 

  • Andrea Marti Ceramics LLC is not responsible for packages that are stolen or otherwise not delivered. Andrea Marti Ceramics LLC will not refund the cost or the shipping charges if that is the case.

  • The buyer is responsible for any tax or customs fee applied by the country's customs agency and any delay due to that.

  • In case the buyer fails to pick up the package from their custom office and it gets sent back, the buyer is responsible for any extra fee that occurs at any time or the cost of the shipping. Only once the piece is back and in perfect condition will the amount of the piece be refunded.

PRODUCT INFORMATION AND CARE

  • All my pieces are made with non-toxic, food-safe, and lead-free materials and fired following the manufacturer's instructions.

  • My decorative plates are made of food-safe clay and glazes, but  because the carvings are deep and left unglazed, they are NOT considered dinnerware-safe. They are meant for decoration purposes only. 

  • I recommend cleaning the pieces by hand using dish soap and drying them with a lint-free cloth.

  • Do NOT use it in the oven or microwave.
